Dr Kim McKee was featured in the University library’s recent blog to celebrate reaching 4000 open access hits.
Kim has the highest Open Access Ratio in the University, and the fourth most downloaded paper of all the Open Access publications in PURE in the past year.
Dr Kim McKee, Centre for Housing Research, has been invited to deliver a workshop on the theme 'Never Give up on a Good Thing' at the Employer’s in Voluntary Housing annual conference, which will be held in Crieff Hydro 3-5th October.

CHR PhD student Ciaran McDonald has recently returned from a 3 month Internship with the Scottish Government. He joined the Scottish Government’s Creativity Team in April on a placement which focused on the concept of ‘design thinking’ and its applications in areas of government policy.
Drs Kim McKee and Tom Moore have published the first briefing paper from their recent ESRC funded seminar series The Big Society, Localism and Housing Policy. Drawing on presentations from the seminar series, it outlines the connections between the Big Society agenda and recent welfare reform.
Dr Kim McKee, Director of the Centre for Housing Research has secured a small research grant from the Carnegie Trust for the Universities of Scotland to explore the phenomenon of ‘Generation Rent’ in the Scottish context.
